The "Carmen Miranda" effect is inspired by the Brazilian Bombshell. I have a deep connection to the country because my partner is Brazilian. I wanted to encapsulate the vibrant, lively spirit of Brazil, so I designed this AR effect where a bright red turban adorned with fruits and foliage appears on the user's head, with big banana leaves rounding out the scene.

Seeing this effect highlighted during a major tech conference while Mark Zuckerberg talked about the future of AR was surreal. It felt like a huge nod to my work and a milestone that marked my entry into the wider world of digital art. It wasn't just about getting recognized; it was a moment that showed me how my personal inspirations could resonate on a global stage.
